由于不同网络之间互联存在延迟或丢包的现象，导致在打开网页的时候速度很慢或者某些页面不能打开，影响阅读。请各位读者在遇到这种情况的时候按以下方式反应问题：
1、致电或通过客服在线联系小说阅读网客服，将具体问题反应给客服，包括读者所有地区、所使用的网络提供商（电信、联通、网通等）、打不开网页的具体情况（可以打开除小说阅读网之外的其它网页、vip阅读页不能正常打开等具体问题）。
2、在作者书评区留言，反应具体问题，反应内容同第1条，由作者向网站反馈。
